Last Saturday I photographed Tara and Philip’s large and lovely wedding. 10 bridemaids, 10 groomsmen, 1 junior bridesmaid, 2 flower girls, and over 300 guests! Tara and Philip feel like old friends to me now, after meeting them last June, and photographing their engagement in the fall.

Last week I had the opportunity to take some headshots of Barry, who is a professor at the University of Pittsburgh. He also plays piano and is a cyclist. I love how I’m able to meet so many interesting people through my job.
I just got back from a fabulous few days in Seattle visiting with my family. I used to live there years ago, just after I graduated from college, and it’s tempting to think of moving back there whenever I visit!

Cooper is going to be 2 years old in a few weeks, and he is one happy guy! His mom and dad, Toshie and Jim, and I took him to Highland Park on Sunday. Fun!

I had the pleasure of photographing Lisa and Eric’s grand wedding last week. They live in New York City, but chose to have their wedding in Pittsburgh… and the entire event took place at the gorgeous Renaissance Hotel. Congratulations Lisa and Eric!

I hadn’t met Carrie and Tom until their wedding day, and what a wonderful surprise! They were so easy to work with, genuinely nice, with great smiles. They were married at St. Margaret Mary’s Church, with the reception at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.
